What size should I choose for my child?

 Each child is different, so we recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering for exact measurements to get the perfect fit. The cuffs fold up to make it shorter in the arms and legs if needed, meaning you can get plenty of wear out of them before they grow out too quickly!

Do your swimsuits run true to size?

 Yes, our swimwear is designed for a snug but comfortable fit in the body. They are generous in length, so we would recommend using our size guide if your child is on the smaller end of standard sizing. 

What does UPF 50+ mean?

 UPF 50+ is the highest sun protection rating for fabric. It blocks 98% of UVA and UVB rays from the sun, helping protect your child’s skin from sunburn and long-term sun damage. What fabric do you use?

 Our swimwear is made from high quality, chlorine resistant fabric that’s soft, stretchy, durable and quick drying. It is a blend of 82% Polyester & 18% Spandex.

Care & Maintenance 

How do I care for the swimwear?

Rinse in cool water after use and line dry inside-out in shade. Wash inside out on cool washes under 30c! Check out our care page for more details!

Will the colours fade?

 Swimwear can fade slightly over time with exposure to sun and chlorine, but following our care tips will keep your pieces looking fresh for longer. (We've been using the same suit for a year in pools and at the beach, and so far no fading!)

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

 We process orders within 1–2 business days. NZ deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 business days after collection from us, or 3–5 for rural addresses. International shipping times vary by location.

How much is shipping?

Can I track my order?

 Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Take a look at our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on processing times and how to return your order.

Do you offer exchanges for wrong size?

Yes absolutely! We all get it wrong sometimes, so we offer exchanges on all items like for like as long as they have not been used or washed, so please do a try on before washing. Check out the Returns and Exchanges page for further details.
